FAQ'S
Q: Are These Drop-Off Classes?
A: No, we are intentionally a family & community centered enrichment program, where parent(s) caregiver(s) join along side learning and in community with other families.
Q: Where Are You Located?
A: All other classes are located at the Riparian Preserve in Gilbert.
Wilderness Survival and Archery is located in SE Gilbert near Higley & Riggs Road.
Q: Do You Offer Refunds?
A: Because Earthbound Explorers AZ classes are intentionally kept small and each enrollment reserves a limited space in the class, tuition is considered non-refundable once classes for the month or session have begun, except in extenuating circumstances at the discretion of Earthbound Explorers AZ.
If you decide not to participate in an upcoming month or session, you may cancel your enrollment at least 48 hours before the first scheduled class of that month or session. A refund will be issued, less any non-refundable ESA/ClassWallet processing fees or credit card/payment processing fees.
Once the first class of the month or session has begun, refunds will not be issued for withdrawal from the remainder of the session.
Q: Do You Offer Make-Up Classes?
A: If your child is unable to attend an individual class due to illness or another unexpected circumstance, we may be able to offer a makeup opportunity in another class, when space and scheduling allow. Makeup classes are not guaranteed and do not carry over as a credit or refund if a makeup cannot be accommodated.
We will always provide materials and information about the class missed to do at home instead.
We understand that unexpected circumstances happen and encourage families to reach out when unique or extenuating circumstances arise.
Q: How Many Classes Are There A Week?
A: Each class (Quails, Roadrunners, Coyotes, Mariposas) meet once a week, for 4 weeks each month.
